Hello There, 

At 18, I joined AIS (Associazione Italiana Sommelier), becoming one of Italy’s youngest sommeliers. I studied Viticulture and Enology at the University of Pisa and gained diverse winery experiences in Montalcino and Valtellina. While working as a Wine Director and Sommelier in Italy, I received an opportunity to manage and direct wine at an Italian restaurant in New York. Later, I moved to Los Angeles, continuing my work in various restaurants.

In my 10 years as a sommelier, I’ve always strived to offer excellent, accessible wine selections. I believe wine is a pleasure everyone should enjoy, from a simple glass to the finest bottle. Notably, I’ve observed that entry-level wines often lack quality and fail to enhance the dining experience. However, I firmly believe that even entry-level wines can evoke emotions and elevate a restaurant’s offerings.
